Overview
Interventional Radiology Technologist, Radiology Tech specialty, located in Los Angeles, California. This travel assignment begins on 11/09/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a home healthcare - hospice setting. Weekly pay is $2,506 to $2,684 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is a 3x12-hour night schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).

- Setting: Home healthcare – hospice Responsibilities
- Operate interventional radiology equipment to support cardiac and vascular procedures and obtain diagnostic images.
- Prepare, position, and immobilize patients; maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures.
- Assist physicians during interventional procedures, including catheter-based therapies, and manage equipment and supplies.
- Administer contrast media per protocol; monitor patient status during procedures and respond to adverse reactions.
- Process and label images, ensure image quality, and support image storage and documentation.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to staff; participate in ongoing training and, where applicable, hiring discussions. Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice required; ARRT certification preferred; Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) certification required; PVMB/TEAM/CPI or equivalent crisis management training required; BLS/CPR required.
- Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or related field preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the radiology field; three years and/or prior Special Procedures Technologist experience preferred.
- Other: Ability to work in a home healthcare – hospice setting; current BLS certification; maintained if state requirements apply. Benefits and Support
