Location: Indianapolis, IN

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Remote OR flexible hybrid arrangement at Leaf's corporate office in Carmel, IN
• Occasional travel required (up to 10% for candidates residing in Indiana to attend conferences and in-person training, or up to 25% for candidates not residing in Indiana).
• Ability to be in-office for the first two weeks post-hire for training and onboarding

Leaf is looking for an Advisor who has hands-on experience implementing Sage Intacct. Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously, delivering implementations on time, on budget, and in scope using Leaf's prescriptive methodology, while driving high customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle: client consultation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration.
• Apply deep Sage Intacct expertise — including advanced modules (fixed asset management, projects costing and billing module, inventory module, prepaids, dynamic allocations, ICRW, revenue recognition, multi-entity, etc.) to configure solutions that reflect each customer's business processes and industry best practices, staying current on new product features.
• Build and manage implementation project plans that optimize return on investment, and design industry specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
• Coach and mentor less experienced implementation resources and Solution Architects on Leaf processes, Sage Intacct modules, and project management.
• Train customer end-users at every level of the organization, connecting system functionality to real business requirements.
• Respond to customer technical support issues and serve as an escalation point for project issues.
• Contribute to Leaf's knowledge repository of deployment best practices to strengthen tools and repeatable service delivery.
• Deliver prompt, concise, and friendly communication that reflects high-quality service and leadership aligned with customer goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience consulting on and implementing Sage Intacct - (someone that has led, not just assisted with, end-to-end implementations of Sage Intacct multiple times with a 3-6 month implementation timeline - you LOVE doing this).
• End-to-end consulting experience through a process-based software delivery lifecycle, with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery and strong customer satisfaction.
• Able to handle up to ~4 implementations simultaneously while managing ongoing support for current clients.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Core Financial Applications.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the Inventory/Distribution Module and Projects Costing and Billing Module.
• Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in adopting new system features and applying AI capabilities to improve client outcomes and internal processes.
• Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor and educator, guiding clients confidently through the implementation process and helping them understand their options.
• Strong executive presence, with the confidence to engage senior leadership and deliver a polished, white-glove client experience.
• A sensible decision-maker who is attentive to detail and consistently logical, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a clear speaking voice and strong customer orientation.
• Someone who easily puts others at ease and is verbally assertive, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders at every level of a customer's organization, including executive leadership.
• A highly inventive problem solver who prefers making logical decisions, using advanced business analytics to interpret complex requirements and turn them into deliverable solutions.

• Experience assessing client requirements across business processes such as accounting, inventory, order entry, purchasing and project management.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or greater, preferably in accounting, business, or MIS.
• A CPA, accounting degree, or working knowledge of accounting and finance principles is a plus.
• Programming/coding experience is a nice-to-have for translating business requirements into technical solutions. xhyhwjd
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) is a nice-to-have for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration.
