Approximately 80% of this role is spent working alongside the team performing TIG welding and fabrication work, while 20% is dedicated to leading, coaching, developing, and holding employees accountable. 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

2-4 weeks of paid training on 1st Shift Overtime available (approximately 2 hours per day) Overtime is not mandatory No weekend work currently What You'll Do Lead a small 2nd Shift manufacturing team consisting of welders and CNC machinists Perform hands-on TIG welding and fabrication work Ensure all work meets CV-Tek's quality and cosmetic standards Support production priorities and coordinate with 1st Shift leadership Train and develop less experienced welders Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance Enforce safety requirements and best practices Coach employees and hold them accountable for performance, attendance, quality, and safety expectations Foster a positive and professional team environment Help drive continuous improvement throughout the operation Why Join CV-Tek? Requirements Required Strong TIG welding experience Experience welding stainless steel Previous leadership, lead person, or supervisory experience Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints Excellent attention to detail Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Commitment to quality and safety Preferred Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Food equipment manufacturing experience Fabrication experience Welding certifications Experience developing and mentoring junior welders Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Ability to work overtime when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr CV-TEK, RapidVisionPak & MIDERA Food Processing
