Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

Production Supervisor (Night Shift. (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday night through Friday morning)

Join a leading manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor overseeing night shift operations (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday night through Friday morning). In this role, you'll lead a team of production operators, drive daily production performance, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop a team of production operators in a union manufacturing environment
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Manage staffing, schedules, workflow, and equipment utilization
• Ensure compliance with production standards and safety procedures
• Support Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading production teams and managing schedules/workflow
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience preferred
• Experience working with union employees is a plus
• Engineering education preferred but not required

Schedule: Night Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Sunday night through Friday morning

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
