Program Manager

Domain: Critical Infrastructure Services Experience: 12+ Years Role Summary Lead strategic technology and business transformation programs that support critical infrastructure operations. Drive end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, governance, and operational excellence while managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale technology and operational transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and operational handoff. Manage program roadmap, scope, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Partner with business, engineering, operations, finance, and technology leaders to ensure successful execution. Establish governance, reporting, and communication frameworks, including executive dashboards and weekly status reports. Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and delivery challenges. Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and adoption of new technologies. Ensure solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, security standards, and compliance needs. Track and report program KPIs, milestones, and value realization. Leadership Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop program and project management teams. Manage resource planning, workforce capacity, performance management, and talent development. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and execution excellence. Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business and technology functions. Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Technology Delivery. Proven experience leading enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience with program governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting. Strong understanding of project execution, operational processes, and technology delivery. Experience within Critical Infrastructure Services , Data Centers, Telecommunications, Utilities, Energy, Engineering Services, or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering , or a related engineering discipline. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or similar certifications. Experience managing technology platforms, digital transformation, cloud, data, or operational systems. Background in data center operations, electrical systems, telecommunications infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
