Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in Remote (PST Hours) . The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Journey Orchestration, and Program Management, along with a proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $58/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle and loyalty marketing programs from strategy, planning, and execution through performance measurement and optimization.
• Develop customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies that drive usage, loyalty, and long-term customer value across customer loyalty platforms.
• Present campaign strategies, business performance updates, customer insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, including Directors, General Managers, and Vice Presidents.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven business decisions.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver integrated customer marketing initiatives.
• Drive customer segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and journey orchestration efforts to improve program effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Own executive reporting, KPI tracking, quarterly business reviews, and performance dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in: Lifecycle Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, CRM Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Program Management
• Strong expertise in: Customer Retention Strategies, Customer Engagement Programs, Loyalty & Membership Programs, Journey Orchestration, Customer Lifecycle Management, Growth Marketing.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading loyalty or membership programs such as: Starbucks Rewards, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, American Express Membership Rewards, Target Circle, Sephora Beauty Insider, Nike Membership, Amazon Prime Engagement Programs.
• Proven success creating and scaling customer retention, engagement, and loyalty initiatives.
• Experience with CRM marketing platforms and customer journey optimization strategies.
• Background in customer-centric marketing organizations within retail, hospitality, consumer products, or technology industries.
• Previous marketing experience with organizations such as Starbucks, Sephora, Nike, Target, Chipotle, or Panera is highly desirable.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $58.00 per hour
