Director, Oracle Supply Chain & Operations PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Charlotte, NC. Lead engagements leveraging Oracle application-based solutions, focusing on selling, executing, and managing complex projects within the Oracle product suite. Apply quantitative modeling, operational analysis and optimization techniques to help set strategic direction, driving business development efforts, and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining strong executive-level client relationships. Utilize mathematical modeling and analytical tools to develop market-differentiated Oracle solutions, lead proposal development, and provide technical guidance across disciplines. Manage and deliver large-scale projects, assess engagement risks, and review team outputs to ensure quality. Demonstrate deep technical expertise, pursue business development opportunities, build professional networks, and mentor and supervise project teams. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $233,000- $293,000 / Yr. Minimum Requirements Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, plus 7 years of related experience, of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Gathering, analyzing business requirements & performing fit-gap analysis and recommending leading practice alternatives; Conducting Conference room pilots (CRP) with business users; Mapping business requirements to the Oracle Cloud functionality and build requirement traceability matrix; Working with development team to design and implement Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and workflows (RICEW); Developing detailed test scripts and conducting Functional, system integration & User Acceptance testing as needed and ensure defects are resolved in a timely manner; Utilizing Project management skills, interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions; and Support post go live Oracle Cloud user tickets, enhancements, configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training. 50% telecommuting permitted.
