Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies for achieving their goals.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven approaches to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks.

Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure well-rounded patient care.

Empower Patients and Caregivers: Provide education on therapy practices to enable continued progress outside of therapy sessions.

Track Patient Progress: Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary, keeping patients on the path to success.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Ongoing education and advanced certifications welcomed and facilitated

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory

A true passion for supporting others in reaching their maximum level of self-sufficiency
