Care Coordinator- Wyckoff

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join our Wyckoff clinic in NJ. Job Responsibilities Support patient care by welcoming patients and ensuring smooth appointment flow. Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours. Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet them with a smile. Provide 5‑star customer service and foster a community environment for patients and team members. Ensure collaboration among team members to provide outstanding care and support. Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented. Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow. BA/BS degree preferred (not required). Ability to use a computer keyboard 90% of each workday. Manual dexterity to manipulate office equipment and make written notations. Hearing acuity to communicate over the telephone. Visual acuity to read information on computer screen. Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds from floor to waist.
