Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

Provide specialized neonatal care to critically ill infants within the NICU
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly
Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Document patient status and interventions accurately
Educate families to promote infant health and recovery
Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

What You Need

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years NICU experience in a hospital setting
Current BLS and NRP certifications preferred
Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and critical thinking
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
