Responsibilities PRN Dietary Cook Needed Compass Intervention Center is seeking a dynamic and talented Dietary Cook. Visit our website at The Dietary Cook is responsible for the provision of quality meals and nutritional services to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures of the Dietary Department. Key Responsibilities include: Provide nutritional and attractive meals for patients Maintain and organized and sanitary environment Ensure proper storage of food and supplies and ensure compliance with all Federal and State Laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies and with JCAHO standards for the quality of patient care Qualifications Position Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer prior dietary experience in a facility, health care setting. Prefer knowledge of equipment usage including (not at all inclusive list); stoves, ovens, steamer, fryer, grill, electric mixer, dishwashing machines, microwave, food charts.
