Capital City Club – Brookhaven's Culinary Department is seeking an Assistant Pastry Chef for a full-time role. You will assist the Pastry Chef to maintain quality output from the pastry department and support high-volume production in a private club setting. The ideal candidate has 2 years pastry experience, loves plated desserts and bread production, and can lift 50 lbs.
