Familiarity with computer systems and medical office procedures enhances success in this role, which reports directly to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and greet patients professionally
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate calendars
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain and organize medical records efficiently
• Verify patient insurance information accurately
• Facilitate smooth patient check-in and registration processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in medical office administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Experience with appointment scheduling software
• Strong customer service and communication skills
