Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients recovering from various conditions, such as injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses, within our outpatient office setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique goals of each patient, employing techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and utilization of specialized equipment.
• Implement and monitor treatment interventions, ensuring patients meet defined therapeutic goals and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic medical records system, tracking responses to treatment and maintaining clear communication with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, assistive devices, and self-care strategies to facilitate continued progress outside of scheduled appointments.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and continuing education courses, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Qualifications
