Accounting Manager

SEI Wireless, a recently acquired company of CSE Crosscom USA, has proudly served Florida for more than two decades, supporting the greater South Florida region with wireless technologies that enhance productivity, safety, and security across a range of industries. We are now looking for an experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager to join our team in Plantation, Florida. About the Role Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of SEI Wireless while leading a small team of 1-3 accounting professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an accounting professional who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial awareness, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine interest in improving processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, leading the month-end close, overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, managing inventory accounting and the Order-to-Cash cycle, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement across the accounting function. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and supporting schedules. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accounting work products. Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and identify unusual transactions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Lead, mentor, and develop a small accounting team of 1-3 employees. Set priorities, delegate responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are achieved. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collections and cash flow activities. Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and inventory controls. Ensure accurate accounting for inventory transactions and balance sheet reconciliations. Partner with Operations and Sales to improve the Order-to-Cash process. What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. Previous experience supervising or leading accounting staff. Strong experience in inventory accounting and inventory control environments. Comprehensive understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including billing, collections, cash application, and revenue recognition considerations. Experience managing month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support. Hands-on experience overseeing AP, AR, and collections. Strong proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Preferred: CPA designation or CPA candidate. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or other inventory-intensive environments. Experience delivering process improvement, automation, or accounting transformation initiatives. Why Join SEI Wireless?
