Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Rocklin, CA within the banking and consumer lending industry. This role is ideal for a retail banking professional with strong branch operations experience, leadership ability, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant transaction processing and customer service delivery.
- Support branch leadership in achieving operational, service, compliance, risk management, and financial performance goals.
- Monitor branch controls, cash operations, balancing procedures, vault management, audits, and internal review readiness.
- Coach, mentor, and support branch employees to maintain strong performance, service standards, and operational accuracy.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally while identifying effective solutions and relationship-building opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and support branch growth.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $105,000 per year.
