Maintenance Mechanic

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our client's team in Burgettstown, PA. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial and construction machinery. This role requires a hands-on professional who is knowledgeable in diagnosing malfunctions and proficient in reading complex machinery manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and disassemble industrial and construction machinery efficiently.
Conduct routine lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, and calibration of CNC machines, fork trucks, compressors, and cranes.
Diagnose machinery issues, dismantle equipment, and replace defective components.
Review and interpret highly technical machinery manuals.
Manage and organize distinct machinery parts inventory.
Collaborate effectively with team members during machinery operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and/or science.
2-5+ years of experience in repairing CNC machinery or proven mechanical expertise.
Proficient understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical/mechanical components.
Excellent communication and computational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
