Position: QA Document Control Coordinator

Location: Lake Forest, CA

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Job Summary

The QA Document Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining quality documentation systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting Quality Assurance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with GMP, GDP, and GLP documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review finished goods work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Review batch records, deviations, reprocessing approvals, and document revisions
• Verify test results and QA documentation to ensure compliance with specifications
• Support GMP, GDP, and GLP documentation activities and employee inquiries
• Maintain document control databases, trackers, logs, and records
• Manage document storage, retrieval, and archival processes, including off-site records
• Serve as the liaison between the Lake Forest facility and off-site document storage providers
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with audits, inspections, and quality system maintenance
• Perform additional document control and quality assurance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Document Control, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, GLP, and regulated documentation practices
• Strong organizational and record management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics, or food industries is a plus
