About the CompanyOur client is building the gateway to the internet for AI agents. As information consumption shifts from humans searching pre-crawled indexes to AI agents performing real-time, targeted crawling from sources of truth, the client builds the APIs AI agents use to access that data — live company and people data via APIs and full dataset delivery, piping in live data from over a dozen sources and delivering it instantly to customers. It has 150+ enterprise customers, surpassed $10M ARR, is profitable, and grew 10x in 2025.

The RoleThe client is hiring a Content Lead to own all indexed content — blogs, landing pages, and use-case pages — built to perform in both traditional SEO and AI-driven answer engines (AEO). This is not a social-content role; the mandate is to make the client the best in its space at indexed-content performance.
Tools: AI content-generation tooling; SEO/AEO and content-analytics tooling.
Requirements- 2–6+ years of content-strategy experience
- A proven SEO/AEO track record at a fast-growing company
- A strategist and executor, not oversight-only
- A data-driven, analytical mindset
- On-site in SF five days a week
- AI-fluent content production
- A proven track record building a successful content strategy at a fast-growing company with strong SEO/AEO results
- Comfortable being both the strategist and the primary executor of content production
- Fluent use of AI tools to scale content output without sacrificing quality
- Experience managing outsourced writers while remaining hands-on
- Category-defining infrastructure: own all indexed content for a company building the data gateway for AI agents
- Real traction, real stakes: 150+ enterprise customers, $10M+ ARR, profitable, 10x growth in 2025
- Top-tier venture backing
- True ownership: a strategist-and-executor seat with end-to-end ownership of the content function, not an oversight-only role
- Location — San Francisco, CA
