Parts Driver

Position Summary

Courtesy Tucson is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Driver to transport automotive parts and accessories between the dealership, customers, body shops, repair facilities, and vendors. The Parts Driver plays a vital role in supporting parts sales and service operations through timely, accurate, and professional deliveries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up automotive parts, equipment, and supplies as scheduled.
Verify parts and invoices before loading and delivery.
Obtain signatures and required documentation for delivered parts.
Maintain delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely service.
Assist with stocking, organizing, and pulling parts within the parts department.
Inspect vehicle daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Load and unload parts safely and efficiently.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and dealership personnel in a professional manner.
Keep delivery vehicles clean and fueled.
Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
Previous delivery, warehouse, or dealership experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb in and out of vehicles.
Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate a vehicle for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
