Do Good Coordinator (Independent Contractor) Position Summary The Do Good Coordinator provides operational and coordination support for Higher Dimension Church's outreach initiatives and community engagement efforts. This role helps ensure outreach events, volunteer opportunities, and community partnerships are organized, executed effectively, and aligned with the mission and culture of Higher Dimension Church. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, relational, passionate about serving others, and energized by creating meaningful community impact. Key Responsibilities Outreach Coordination & Event Support Coordinate logistics for outreach initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and service projects Support execution of monthly Do Good Moments and annual Serve Day initiatives Ensure outreach events are organized, prepared, and executed efficiently Maintain systems for tracking outreach activities and participation Volunteer Engagement Coordinate volunteer participation and communication Support volunteer scheduling and event readiness Help create a positive and engaging volunteer experience Encourage participation in outreach and service opportunities Community Partnership Coordination Maintain communication with nonprofit organizations, schools, and community partners Support coordination of partnership activities and service opportunities Assist in identifying partnership opportunities aligned with the church's mission Ensure consistent follow-through and relationship management Reporting & Communication Track volunteer participation, outreach activities, and engagement metrics Provide regular updates and outreach summaries as requested Capture and submit stories, highlights, and key moments from outreach events Collaborate with internal teams to support communication and awareness efforts Culture & Mission Support Help foster a culture of generosity, service, and community engagement Support efforts that encourage congregation-wide participation in outreach opportunities Represent Higher Dimension Church with professionalism, care, and excellence What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who is: Passionate about outreach, community impact, and serving others Highly organized and detail-oriented Relational, encouraging, and people-focused A strong communicator with excellent follow-through Comfortable coordinating events, volunteers, and multiple moving pieces Self‑motivated and able to work independently Flexible and adaptable in fast‑paced ministry environments Aligned with the mission and values of Higher Dimension Church Stewardship of Mission Actively support and advance the vision and mission of Higher Dimension Church Foster a culture of love, generosity, and service Represent the church and the Do Good movement with excellence and integrity Utilize resources wisely to maximize ministry and community impact Position Details Independent Contractor Engagement Annual Stipend: $25,000 Estimated Commitment: 10–20 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on outreach calendar and ministry needs Increased availability may be required during major outreach initiatives and events #J-18808-Ljbffr
