• Level 2: $19.00 - $21.00/hour
• Level 3: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
• Level 4: $22.00 - $23.50/hour

What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you'll play an important role in bringing our innovative training systems to life by:

• Assembling mechanical systems, equipment, and training products from engineering specifications
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Performing quality inspections and testing completed assemblies
• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues
• Using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Maintaining safe, organized work areas
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Senior-level technicians may also help train teammates, solve complex assembly challenges, and serve as technical resources for the team.

What You Bring Level 2

• 1+ years of mechanical assembly or related hands-on experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• High school diploma or equivalent

Level 3

• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience
• Advanced troubleshooting and blueprint interpretation skills
• Ability to independently complete complex assemblies
• Proven record of quality workmanship and productivity

Level 4

• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience or equivalent expertise
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and assembly processes
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex mechanical issues
• Leadership, mentoring, or training experience
• Ability to serve as a technical resource for the team
