About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life. Scheduling Options: Part-Time: Up to 24 visits per week Flexible hours We work around your availability and build caseloads near you! Support You’ll Love: Great back-office support No chasing paperwork Caseloads built close to your location Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs. Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments. Educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills. Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates accurately. Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning. Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas. Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
