ServiceNow Administrator (Charlotte, NC)

ServiceNow Administrator We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Administrator for a contract opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities Serve as the day to day ServiceNow IRM/BCM System Administrator for risk modules Add, update, and deactivate-user accounts and roles based on approved requests Run scheduled reports to monitor usage, performance, and error logs Track and document user access requests and role assignments for GRC modules Maintain version-controlled documentation of all GRC configurations, integrations and dependencies Help track module usage for licensing purposes Assist in preparing training materials for new users based on guidance from the GRC Lead Document feedback and enhancement requests from business users for prioritization Verify integration stability with IT teams through validation steps and reporting Collaborate with vendor partners on configuration decisions Review configuration modules and validate alignment with business expectations Participate in design sessions to represent key stakeholder groups Manage requirements, documentation and templates Coordinate internal sign‑off on workflows, data structures, and field‑level logic Monitor deliverables to confirm adherence to project scope and timeline Assist in the development and testing of AI‑enabled features Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field 3–7+ years in system implementation, business analysis, or program/project management Experience with platforms like ServiceNow (GRC/IRM modules preferred) Role‑based access controls and data structure management Familiarity with AI features, testing, and platform upgrades Strong documentation and auditing skills Experience managing timelines, requirements, and cross‑functional collaboration Ability to lead design sessions and gather internal sign‑offs Lewis James Professional is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
