We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to play a key role in scaling EliseAI during a critical stage of growth. In this role, you'll be the face of EliseAI for candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the interview process and ensuring every interaction reflects our culture, ambition, and values.You'll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and leaders across the company to bring in exceptional talent that will fundamentally change how people interact with essential services like housing and healthcare.If you're excited by ownership, thrive in a high-energy environment, and want to grow quickly while learning how world-class recruiting organizations operate, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the candidate experience end-to-end, serving as the main point of contact from initial outreach through offer and onboardingDeliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate journey that reflects EliseAI's culture, pace, and high bar for talentSupport all aspects of the recruiting process, including interview scheduling, coordinating candidate travel, reserving conference rooms, and managing real-time schedule changesPartner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to keep hiring processes running smoothly, while identifying bottlenecks and helping improve and scale our interview workflowsMaintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring data integrity across all recruiting workflowsFollow up with interviewers to collect timely and thoughtful candidate feedbackHelp coordinate campus and lateral recruiting events, career fairs, and meetupsMaintain and improve recruiting process documentation and job postingsDrive and support recruiting projects that directly impact how EliseAI grows and operatesAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamMove at rocket speed, build something massive.We're scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. If you're hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.Requirements1+ year of experience in a recruiting, administrative, or client-facing roleStrong interest in the recruiting and talent spaceExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsMotivated to push your limits, take ownership, and grow quicklyProven ability to execute, follow through, and manage multiple priorities at onceStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh EQ and ability to interact confidently with candidates and internal stakeholdersWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
