Job Description
Job Description
Give tours to people who want to rent.
Check credit scores, income, and references.
Help tenants sign leases and inspect units during move-in and move-out.
Answer tenant questions and solve complaints.
Schedule workers and contractors to fix broken items.
Walk through the property to find safety hazards or damage.
Oversee cleaning and maintenance crews.
Track payments, send late notices, and manage overdue accounts.
Update tenant files and computer databases.
Process vendor invoices and help prepare financial reports
