Mayfield Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 150-bed facility providing long-term care, skilled rehabilitation, intensive outpatient care, and memory care. 

We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Nursing - DON / RN to join our team!

We are located at 6757 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Hts., OH 44124.

Candidate must be an RN and have prior experience in Long Term Care. 

RN DON Requirements:

• Current/active Registered Nurse license
• Nurse management experience
• Long-term care experience

Responsibilities include:

· Management of nursing department

· Ensuring adherence to Infection control standards

· Management of regulatory compliance

· Ensuring provision of quality care and service

· Staff development and education

· Fiscal management of department

· Collaborate with facility management
