Account Manager - Site Built

UFP Site Built is the leader in designing and manufacturing value‑added wood and non‑wood products for the construction industry. We offer a wide variety of wood structural components, aluminum decks and rails, and light gauge steel structural components. Job Summary We are currently hiring for an Account Manager in the Charleston, SC area to sell wall panels, roof/floor trusses, stair kits, and/or turnkey framing packages for residential, single‑family, multi‑family, and commercial builders. The role involves developing and maintaining customer contacts and driving sales growth within the assigned region. Responsibilities Maintain positive relationships with current customers Identify customer needs and solve problems Perform cost‑savings analysis for customers Generate new sales by promoting product lines to new and existing customers Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems Qualify customers’ creditworthiness Monitor sales market in the assigned region Prepare various sales and financial reports as required Manage accounts receivable Participate in month‑end inventory processes Perform other duties as requested Qualifications Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related area Preferred minimum of five years’ experience selling wall panels, roof/floor trusses, stair kits, and/or turnkey framing packages Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business applications Preferred manufacturing background, but not required Preferred experience and knowledge of UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines Benefits Medical insurance Health Savings Account with company contribution Dental insurance Vision insurance Basic and voluntary life insurance Disability insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid vacation and holidays Stock purchase program with employee discount Educational reimbursement Wellness programs and challenges Equal Opportunity The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
