Senior Production Manager

SIMKHAI is seeking a strategic and highly organized Senior Production Manager to lead production execution across Ready-to-Wear and select product categories. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process from purchase order placement through final delivery, ensuring on-time execution, quality standards, margin targets, and vendor accountability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has strong experience managing global manufacturing partners while partnering closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and Finance. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving processes, and scaling production capabilities as the business continues to grow Key Responsibilitie s:Production Manageme ntOwn the production lifecycle from production handoff through final deliver y.Manage purchase order placement, production tracking, WIP management, shipment readiness, and delivery performanc e.Monitor factory capacity, production timelines, and critical path milestones to proactively identify and mitigate risk s.Lead weekly production meetings with internal teams and global vendor partner s.Drive accountability with factories to ensure commitments are me Cross-Functional Partnersh ipPartner with Product Development to ensure complete production packages are handed off accurately and on schedul e.Collaborate with Technical Design to resolve fit, construction, grading, and quality issues impacting productio n.Work closely with Planning to align production priorities with business needs and inventory strategie s.Coordinate with Logistics to ensure smooth shipment execution and delivery performanc ntDevelop strong relationships with domestic and international manufacturing partner s.Monitor factory performance across on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and capacity.
