Industrial Reliability Maintenance Technician

Picture your 2nd shift starting at 2:00 PM. You arrive, scan the CMMS queue (eMaint or similar), and prioritize a preventive maintenance task on a critical conveyor line. A motor starts to run hot—your troubleshooting instincts kick in. By 10:30 PM, the line is back at peak performance, your logs are up to date, and production thanks you for keeping throughput on target. That’s a typical evening in this role.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2nd Shift)
• Pay: $31
• Location: Cincinnati, OH 45214
• Employment Type: Full time
• Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing; non-climate-controlled and dusty at times

What You’ll Do

• Execute preventive maintenance for production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues across motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and related systems.
• Respond rapidly to breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore equipment to service.
• Diagnose root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Document work thoroughly, maintaining accurate maintenance and repair logs.
• Use CMMS software (eMaint or comparable) to manage work orders and track activities.
• Partner with production to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.
• Support other maintenance assignments as needed.

Skills & Experience You Bring

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical systems including motors, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical systems and performing electrical repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Background with material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, or screw conveyors is preferred.
• Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled, dusty manufacturing setting.
• Physical capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clear communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
