Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual therapy sessions for clients, as well as facilitating joint sessions with couples and families to address relational dynamics and enhance communication.
\n
• Assessing clients’ needs through comprehensive intake evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans to address issues such as grief, conflict resolution, blended family dynamics, and more.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches, to deliver effective treatment.
\n
• Monitoring clients' progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults, addressing a variety of psychological and behavioral health issues. Our focus includes, but is not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A strong passion for supporting individuals and families through challenging times with a commitment to fostering therapeutic relationships.
