Data Analyst – Databricks / SQLLocation: Seattle, WA (Onsite – 4 days/week required) Duration: Now through September 2026Role OverviewWe are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in SQL and Databricks to support data engineering, analytics, and reporting initiatives within a Databricks Lakehouse environment. The role involves data extraction, transformation, analysis, and dashboarding while working closely with business and technical teams in an agile setup.Key ResponsibilitiesUse SQL and Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and analysis within the Databricks Data Intelligence PlatformWrite and execute complex SQL queries using Delta Lake and Databricks featuresIngest and manage data within the Databricks Lakehouse environmentPerform ad-hoc and exploratory data analysis using Databricks SQL / SQL EditorBuild dashboards in Databricks SQL; use Tableau when required for visualizationManage data objects, tables, views, and related assets in DatabricksCollaborate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, refinements)Work with product owners and business users to clarify requirementsPerform testing of data products across environments (DEV/UAT/PROD)Document data products, process flows, and business requirementsMust Have SkillsStrong SQL (complex querying, joins, performance tuning)Hands-on experience with Databricks (Lakehouse, Delta Lake)Data ingestion and transformation experience in Databricks environmentExperience with Databricks SQL / SQL EditorDashboarding experience (Databricks SQL and/or Tableau)Understanding of data modeling and data pipelinesAgile/Scrum experience Georgia IT Inc
