Maintenance Technician - 50% Profit Bonuses - 1st Shift - Family Environment
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will engage in multi-craft maintenance tasks, including PLC operations, welding, mechanical, and electrical work. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing flat-rolled steel processing equipment such as slitters and multi-blank lines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-craft maintenance, including PLC operations, welding, mechanical, and electrical tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair flat-rolled steel processing equipment, including slitters and multi-blank lines.
- Perform maintenance and preventative inspection on lift trucks.
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems such as gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, and bearings.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including high-pressure cylinders, pumps, and valves.
- Manage pneumatic systems, including solenoids, cylinders, and motor brakes.
- Conduct pneumatic/air compression maintenance, focusing on valves and cylinders.
- Troubleshoot and replace seals and motors in pumps, understanding specifications.
- Handle basic electrical system repairs, including starters, fuses, contacts, and relays.
- Engage in fabrication and welding tasks.

This is a permanent position based out of Butler, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
-vacation after 6 months -insurance benefits 1st of the month after 60 days -401k after 6 months with company match -weekly attendance bonus of an extra $1/hr -paid company uniforms -twice a year discretionary performance bonus
