Job Opportunity: Estimator/Project Manager at Capitol Construction

Position: Full-Time

Capitol Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our Construction Services and Maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects.
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to define project scope and deliverables.
Conduct site visits and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Experience in estimating and managing service and construction projects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relevant certifications (PMP, AACE) are a plus.
