Compensation: $40/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our projects by providing accurate reporting that informs critical decisions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, procurement, and compliance), ensuring financial integrity and transparency, and much more.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure accuracy of vendor invoicing
• Preparation of invoicing to the customer for monthly operations contract and projects
• Analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner,
• Supporting the financial reporting for annual audits
• Collaborating with the finance team to support overall department goals and objectives
• Managing and maintaining an invoice tracker to ensure all invoices are accounted for and status
• Coordinating work package owners amongst cross-functional teams to support the invoicing process

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with financial reports or analysis
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with financial reports and data using Microsoft Excel

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally within an organization
• Experience with SAP or financial software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience handling all aspects of an invoicing process involving vendors/customers
