We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy District Manager to lead multiple Dunkin' locations and help take our operations to the next level. This is a true multi-unit leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and knows how to balance strong operations with an amazing guest experience. The District Manager must be willing to travel to Nacogdoches, Southwest Troup, Troup, Kilgore, and Arlington.

What You'll Do
Build Strong Teams
- Oversee daily operations of multiple Dunkin' locations within the assigned district.
- Ensure all stores consistently meet brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest experience.
- Conduct regular store visits
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement.
- Support new store openings, transitions, and operational rollouts across the district.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and assistant management teams. Build your own team!
- Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture throughout the district.
- Develop future leaders and support succession planning initiatives.
- Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned locations.
- Analyze P&L statements, labor reports, food cost, and other financial metrics.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize revenue.
- Ensure stores meet budgeted sales, labor, and targets.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and hospitality.
- Address guest concerns and resolve escalated customer service issues promptly.
- Ensure stores consistently deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all Dunkin' operational standards, health regulations, food safety requirements, and labor laws.
- Maintain safe working environments for employees and guests.
- Ensure all stores are audit-ready and maintain required certifications.
- Serve as the primary link between corporate leadership and store-level management.
- Communicate company initiatives, promotions, and operational updates effectively.
- Collaborate with HR, maintenance, training, and operations teams to support district performance.
- Quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience preferred; (Dunkin', Starbucks, McDonalds, 7 Brew, Dutch Bros. experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
- Experience managing P&L statements
- Ability to travel regularly between locations.
