Customer Success Associate

Job Title: Management Trainee / Associate – Customer Success / Sales / Research
Location: Remote – USA (NY/NJ, SJC, ATL preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time, Training-Oriented
Experience: 0–3 Years
Education: Master’s (MBA or equivalent) from the US / Pursuing / OPT / CPT
Role Overview
We are looking for candidates pursuing or completing their Master’s in the US, preferably with prior technology exposure. Selected candidates will undergo training and alignment in Customer Success, Sales, or Research roles, working closely with global teams and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and understand their requirements
- Support customer success and account management activities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Assist in sales outreach and lead generation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client initiatives
- Master’s (pursuing/completed) from a US-based university
- 0–3 years of exposure to the IT/Technology domain preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in customer-facing roles
Location Preference
- NY / NJ
- San Jose, CA (SJC)
- Atlanta, GA (ATL)
Work Mode & Travel
- Own car required in SJC / ATL for in-person meetings
- Uber/public transport in NY/NJ is not reimbursed
Working Hours
- OPT Candidates: 40 hours/week
- CPT Candidates: 20 hours/week
