Direct message the job poster from Revenue Grid HR Business Partner | Talent Acquisition & People Partner | Using AI & HR Analytics to build stronger teams in B2B SaaS Environment Role Overview As an experienced SDR, you will drive pipeline growth by executing targeted ABM campaigns, engaging net new prospects, and independently closing small SOHO deals. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing to deliver relevant and impactful outreach to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Key Responsibilities Account-Based Prospecting: Research and identify high-potential accounts and key decision-makers using ABM strategies. Execute quality, multi-channel, multi-threaded outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, video) using acumen, research, and intent data to engage buying committees. Tailor messaging to industry pain points and account-specific needs. Qualify leads and accounts against ICP and ABM criteria. Book meetings to create opportunities for Account Executives with mid-market targets. SOHO Deal Closing: Independently manage and close small-office-home-office (SOHO) deals, ensuring smooth handoff to customer success. Negotiate and secure favorable terms for smaller accounts. Collaborate closely with marketing and AEs for account planning. Coordinate with Sales Engineering on product functionality for effective qualification/disqualification. Provide meaningful prospect and product feedback. Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and provide feedback on KPIs (accounts/leads targeted, meetings booked, pipeline sourced, deals closed). Requirements 2+ years of outbound SDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a SaaS, growth environment. Demonstrated success in ABM or strategically driven outbound sales motions. Experience closing small business/SOHO deals independently, or active participation or support of multi-stage opportunity progression. Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft, Outlook, Gmail, and AI productivity or analytics tools. Strong prioritization, communication, research, and presentation skills. Self-disciplined, optimistic, resourceful, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scaled-growth environment. Performance Benchmarks – provided for guidance and will evolve based on business needs 10 target accounts sourced per week, approx. 5 contacts per account. Daily outbound to high-intent prospects based on signals/intent data. 8 opportunities created per month. 40% demo to opportunity conversion rate. $2MM+ in SDR sourced pipeline. Why Join Us?
