The Role – Member of Technical Staff (MTS) As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll be one of the core builders of AdsGency’s AI-driven infrastructure — designing, architecting, and scaling systems that orchestrate multi-agent ad automation across global platforms. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and senior engineers on everything from real-time pipelines to LLM orchestration layers, ensuring that our stack is both fast and resilient. You won’t just write code — you’ll define how AdsGency scales from startup → global platform. What You’ll Build LLM Agent Infrastructure: Build the orchestration layer that enables multi-agent communication, memory, and decision-making for ad operations. Core APIs & Microservices: Design and scale APIs powering campaigns, analytics, and agent workflows (Python / FastAPI). Data Pipelines & Observability: Architect real-time data systems tracking campaign performance, budget optimization, and user behavior. Internal Dev Tools: Develop debugging, testing, and tracing tools for agent reliability and autonomy. Frontend & Dashboards: Contribute to React/Next.js UIs for campaign monitoring and operator collaboration. AI + Ad Integrations: Integrate across ad APIs (Google, Meta, TikTok) and optimize agent workflows to deliver measurable ROI. System Architecture: Lead design reviews, set technical direction, and mentor junior engineers. Tech Stack Backend & Infra: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Go, Kafka, Railway, AWS/GCP Frontend & UX: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind AI Layer: OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI Data & Tools: Redis, PGVector, PostHog, Sentry, Docker What You Bring 3+ years of experience in software engineering or systems design Prior work in early-stage startups or as founding engineer A “builder” mindset — fast, detail-oriented, and allergic to over-engineering Startup DNA: you debug, iterate, and ship with speed and ownership Deep proficiency in backend engineering (Python, FastAPI) Strong knowledge of distributed systems, data models, and service orchestration Ability to design from first principles — not just build features but shape frameworks Experience with scalable infra (microservices, event-driven, or serverless systems) Bonus Points Experience building or integrating AdTech / MarTech / data-heavy SaaS systems Experience with LLM or multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) Knowledge of real-time analytics, budget optimization, or ML ops Strong sense of product taste and ability to translate technical depth into business impact Why Join AdsGency AI?
