Sport Coordinator Baseball

Job Summary Part‑time position on Saturdays at Vangorden Elementary. The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches by building relationships, ensuring instruction quality, and supervising practices and games across all age groups. Season Dates: 8/23/25 – 10/18/25 (Labor Day off: 8/30). Must work Saturdays for the full season (~7 weeks). Hours: 8:00 am – 1:15 pm (final schedule to be determined). Location: 6475 Lesourdsville West Chester Rd, Liberty Township, 45011. Requirements: 16+ years old for coordinator/official positions, reliable transportation, high school students earn $14.00 per hour, compensation range $15.00–$17.00 per hour, experience in sports or customer service is a plus, motivated self‑starter who works independently and ensures player safety. Responsibilities include: Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values. Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge. Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems. Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure safety of players.
