After-Hours Field IT Technician II
Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems
Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems is seeking an IT Support Technician for the 4pm–1am shift. You will provide advanced onsite and remote IT support during after-hours, handling complex issues and guiding Level I staff, while assisting with ticket triage, incident response, and escalation.
