2026-06-08 Corporate - Miami, United States Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 Position Overview As Horizon Auto Logistics continues to expand its operations, we are looking for leaders who can build high‑performing teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver value to our customers every day. We need an Operations Manager to lead our U.S. operations across multiple client locations and support continued expansion of our automotive logistics services. This role goes beyond managing sites. It requires strategic leadership, the ability to build strong operational teams, and the discipline to ensure consistent execution across multiple locations. What You Will Do As Operations Manager, you will provide regional leadership and operational governance across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with company standards, customer expectations, and operational performance objectives. Leading operations across multiple automotive logistics sites Supporting and developing Site Managers and operational leadership teams Driving performance through KPIs, productivity, quality, and safety metrics Acting as a senior operational point of contact for key customers Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and operational procedures Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the region Partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement to support operational success What We Are Looking For Ideal candidates will bring: 8+ years of operational leadership experience and a proven ability to manage multi‑site operations or regional teams. Experience in automotive logistics, vehicle processing, PDI, accessory installation, or industrial services Strong leadership and team development capabilities Experience working with KPIs, operational reporting, and performance management Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies A degree in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
