This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Duties & Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair manufacturing and facility equipment
- Communicate directly with production and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities
- Perform projects that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Follow and support all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- Assist with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions
- Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and spare parts
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues on automated production equipment
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (non-climate controlled environment)
- Good manual dexterity for working with small parts and tools
- Regular use of tools and office equipment requiring coordination, speed, and concentration
- Non-climate controlled manufacturing facility
- Occasional work near moving mechanical parts
- Exposure to high noise levels
- Required use of PPE including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, ear protection, and gloves
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
- Dedicated to getting the job done
