Director Of Campus Operations & Sales

The Workhouse Arts Center (WAC) is seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to serve as the Director of Campus Operations & Sales. This position is responsible for transforming the campus into a high-performing, revenue-generating, and experience-driven destination within the region. This role sits at the intersection of sales, service, and operations, with primary accountability for maximizing campus utilization, growing earned revenue, and consistently delivering exceptional experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this individual will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy across rentals, events, and facilities, ensuring that the WAC campus operates with efficiency, intentionality, and a strong commercial focus. This role leads by example and is comfortable stepping in during high-demand periods.
