As a Territory Sales Representative with VIVAZEN, you will take ownership of a live Chicago market. You will open new retail accounts, build relationships with store owners, secure shelf space, generate repeat orders, and develop a book of business that becomes more valuable over time.

This is not a desk job or a traditional hourly sales position. Your income is driven by what you accomplish: the stores you visit, the orders you generate, the territory you build, and the revenue you produce.

HOW YOU GET PAID

• 22% uncapped commission on every qualifying sale
• $600 weekly bonus for completing 60 validated store visits
• $800 monthly bonus for generating 30 orders
• $800 monthly bonus for reaching 200 unique retail doors in your territory
• Bonuses stack on top of commission
• Weekly payment of earned store-visit bonuses
• Monthly payment of commissions and monthly bonuses

At baseline performance—consistent store visits, monthly orders, territory coverage, and steady commission—the plan is designed to produce approximately $65,000 in annualized earnings.

Representatives who build larger, consistently reordering territories have a path to $100,000+.

There is no commission cap.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will operate as the face of VIVAZEN throughout your territory:

• Visit convenience stores, smoke shops, bodegas, independent grocers, and other qualified retailers
• Prospect for new business and open new retail accounts
• Build relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
• Present the VIVAZEN portfolio and overcome retailer objections
• Close sales and secure high-visibility shelf placement
• Turn initial orders into consistent reorders
• Expand the number of VIVAZEN products carried by each account
• Execute in-store promotions and merchandising
• Maintain accurate account, order, and activity information
• Manage product inventory and coordinate deliveries
• Track your results and continuously improve your route
• Build toward a territory of 200–250 consistently reordering accounts

You will see the direct results of your effort—in your territory, your numbers, and your earnings.

WHAT BASELINE PERFORMANCE LOOKS LIKE

Successful Territory Sales Representatives consistently:

• Complete 60 quality store visits each week
• Generate at least 30 orders each month
• Expand their territory to 200 or more unique retail doors
• Convert first-time orders into dependable reorder relationships
• Increase sales and product assortment within existing accounts
• Know their numbers and adjust quickly when performance falls behind

Formal sales experience is valuable, but it is not the only way to qualify.
