What You'll Do

As a Sales Specialist, you'll:

• Connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in coverage
• Conduct virtual consultations by phone and Zoom
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs, goals, and budget
• Educate clients on appropriate life insurance and retirement solutions
• Guide qualified clients through the application process
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client communication and follow carrier and state compliance requirements
• Participate in weekly virtual training and team meetings
• Develop proficiency with our products, technology, sales process, and lead system
• Build a client base using available lead programs, referrals, and/or self-generated opportunities
• Continuously improve your communication, sales, and client-service skills

Licensing & Position Details

• Life & Health insurance license required to conduct insurance business
• Not currently licensed? We can provide guidance on the licensing process
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Remote position
• 100% commission-based compensation
• Bonus opportunities available based on qualification and performance
• Agents are responsible for maintaining applicable state licensing requirements
• Must be physically located in the United States
• Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity
