Prairie Bluffs is conveniently located right off Highway 169 and Pioneer Trail in Eden Prairie. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 140-unit, apartment-style community, providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. That's where our people come in – from accounting and health technology to front-line nurses, advanced practice professionals, caregivers, and everything in between, we are all invested entrepreneurs focused on helping people age magnificently.Position Duties & Responsibilities:In this position, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations. Duties include:Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils.Check all trays for menu and diet requirements, preferences, and accuracy.
