Sales Administrator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing operational and administrative support to the Sage X3/500 sales team, the full-time remote Sales Administrator will manage CRM records, process quotes and orders, and prepare sales documents to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities Create and maintain Leads and Opportunities in CRM, ensuring accuracy throughout the sales cycle Prepare and process customer quotes and orders, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues Manage customer-facing sales documents and monitor their status for electronic signatures Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Customer Service Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM Proficiency in processing quotes, contracts, and sales orders Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Sign or similar electronic signature platforms Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
