Outside Sales Administrator

Salary range $27.00 to $32.00 per hour

Essential Functions

Provide OSR with administrative support associated with:

• Credit applications and new account forms
• Contract pricing forms, rollback forms and rollback calculations
• Orders and quotes that require special handling and cannot be taken care of by the counter sales team, long quotes (over 20 items) for bids and more complex orders
• Customer usage reports when needed, including cost savings reports
• Assistance with billing questions, credit assistance and AR resolution
• PSAs prep
• Support site activities as required (counter, warehouse, etc.)
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Experience Details

1-3 years preferred
