Job Details We are seeking a dynamic Permanent Outside Sales/ Account Manager to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional who is excited about leading sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building long‑lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. This role is perfect for a self‑starter with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the HVAC industry. Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts in the HVAC industry. Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment. Meet and exceed annual sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to secure, retain, and grow accounts. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts. Keep abreast of emerging market trends and industry developments. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, and sales performance tracking tools. Strong negotiation and leadership skills. Exceptional presentation and report writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Ability to travel as needed.
